Stamp-Waterfowl Conservation

Issued on October 24, 1968, this 6 cent stamp depicts one of the favorite and most prolific ducks we have in our area.  They can heard wistleing through the tree just at dusk and dawn when all you can make out is their silloute and wing beat just before  splashing down on the water.  Most of the time they are heard before they seen and upon you with out any warning.  Love those ducks!!
