A low country boil is just about one of my favorite meals on the planet. Corn, potatoes, onion, lemons, sausage and crawfish! You can only imagine how they come up with this recipe back in the day. Here in Florida, we often substitute crawfish for large gold shrimp. Although they are good, it is a substitute for these bugs and that sweet tail meat. Not much too them, so you have to eat a lot and fill in with the other stuff. Long live the crawfish!
